For a client in the AERO sector located in Bremen, we are seeking a full-time, permanent Business Development Manager (m/f/d).

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES

• Negotiation of contracts
• Employer branding
• Managing existing customers and acquiring new customers
• Creating offers and proposals for customers
• Conducting market analysis in the sales territory
• Conducting employee training
• Planning your sales strategy and developing key internal and external relationships to ensure a strong foundation for solution selling
• Ensuring customer satisfaction related to supply chain management and other value-added services
• Developing strategic plans for all assigned accounts, sales, and marketing
• Creating reports

YOUR QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree, as well as 3-5 years of experience in technical field sales
• Experience in sales, marketing, or a related field
• Proficiency in sales tracking systems such as SalesForce.com, Oracle
• Ability to thrive with minimal guidance, be proactive, and handle uncertainty
• Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Experience in the Mil/Aero industry is required
• Current or recent industry experience and knowledge of the assigned market/territory (e.g., customers, competition)
• Experience with full life cycle services
